Twin Falls, ID

Youth wrestling club for kindergarten through 8th grade that practices in the Twin Falls High School wrestling room. The winter folkstyle season runs January to March with a K-3 Little Grapplers group focused on fundamentals and a competitive 4th-8th grade group, plus a Friday Push program for experienced wrestlers. A combined spring and summer freestyle and folkstyle season for grades 4-12 alternates between Twin Falls and Jerome. TW Wrestling is a USA Wrestling chartered club and also practices in Jerome.

Little Grapplers Wrestling (K-3rd Grade) - Twin Falls
Little Grapplers is TW Wrestling's group for kindergarten through 3rd grade, held in the Twin Falls High School wrestling room on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM during the January to March winter season. The club says this age group concentrates on learning wrestling, building motor skills and strength, and having fun rather than competing at tournaments. Live wrestling and competitive games happen inside practice.

Youth & Middle School Wrestling (4th-8th Grade) - Twin Falls
TW Wrestling's Youth and Middle School group for 4th through 8th grade practices in the Twin Falls High School wrestling room on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:10 to 8:30 PM during the January to March winter season. Practices focus on competition, wrestling skill, repetition and higher intensity, and wrestlers enter tournaments. It suits boys and girls who are ready for a faster pace than the beginner group.
When: Monday, Wednesday 7:10 PM – 8:30 PM
Ages 9–14
TW Push Program (4th-8th Grade, Experienced Wrestlers)
TW Push is a Friday practice for self-motivated 4th through 8th grade wrestlers who want high school level intensity. Sessions run 6:00 to 7:30 PM and rotate between the Twin Falls and Jerome high school wrestling rooms, with advanced drill systems, conditioning and chain wrestling in a smaller group. Wrestlers need at least two years of experience and must be intermediate or experienced.
When: Friday 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Spring/Summer Freestyle & Folkstyle Wrestling (Grades 4-12)
TW Wrestling's spring and summer season combines wrestlers from several Magic Valley programs for freestyle and folkstyle practice, aimed at intermediate and experienced 4th-8th graders and all high school wrestlers. Practices run 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Tuesdays at Jerome High School and Thursdays at Twin Falls High School, each ending with 30 minutes of strength and conditioning. The season includes freestyle and folkstyle tournaments and a summer camp.

Jerome location of TW Wrestling, a youth wrestling club for kindergarten through 8th grade that practices in the Jerome High School wrestling room on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the January to March winter season. Kids in K-3rd grade start in Little Grapplers, which builds fundamentals without a tournament focus; 4th-8th graders train for competition. The club also runs in Twin Falls.
