Activities that fit shared-custody schedules
We ask parents in Magic Valley whether each program works around a shared-custody schedule. No one here has answered yet, so this page starts with the programs worth asking about.
Every report is reviewed before it appears. We never share email addresses.
Why this page exists
Most activity directories assume parents have a stable, predictable schedule. For families navigating shared custody (every-other-weekend, alternating weeks, 2-2-3 splits), the same Tuesday-at-5 class might work perfectly one week and be impossible the next.
So we ask other parents directly: "Does this work for a shared-custody schedule?" Their answers (yes, sometimes, or no) appear on every business and class detail page. This landing page surfaces the ones with the most positive reports first.
No parent reports yet in Magic Valley
Be the first parent to share what works (or doesn't) for shared-custody schedules. The question is on each program's own page: open one your child attends and answer it there. Every report is moderated and verified before it appears.
Does your child go to one of these?
Programs whose published policy allows for missed weeks
From each program's own website or handbook: whether a missed class can be made up, whether you can drop in, and whether you can pay per class. Policies change, so confirm with the program before you enroll.

What makes a program custody-friendly?
- ·Drop-in or flexible attendance: every-other-weekend parents can attend just their weekends without losing enrollment.
- ·Both-parent communication: class instructors and front desks comfortable sharing info with both households.
- ·Short sessions or rolling enrollment: easier to coordinate when alternating weeks doesn't align with semester boundaries.
- ·No make-up requirement: your kid won't be penalized for the weeks they're at the other house.
