DragonFire's main children's programme for ages 7–12, offered four times a week with a different instructor each session. Students learn the full traditional Tang Soo Do curriculum, forms (hyungs), sparring (dae ryun) and one-step sparring, with extensive joint locks deliberately withheld to protect growing joints, and progress through junior half-colour belts. Some weapons training is included.
Little Ninjas Tang Soo Do (Ages 4-6)
An introduction to martial arts for 4-, 5- and 6-year-olds at DragonFire, training twice a week in a dedicated Little Ninjas programme built around eight named life skills alongside basic technique. It is explicitly a preparatory track: on completing the programme, Little Ninjas test into the main kids' class as either a Yellow or Orange Belt depending on ability.
Teen & Adult Tang Soo Do (Ages 13+)
DragonFire's open-age Tang Soo Do class, which the school describes as being for ages 13 through 80-plus. Teenagers train alongside adults through the full traditional curriculum including forms, sparring, one-step sparring and wrist grabs, across four sessions a week with a different instructor each day.
