Gem County Historical Society and Museum
Gem County's free local history museum in downtown Emmett, run by the Gem County Historical Society. Exhibits cover the county's pioneer, mining, farming and orchard past, and the grounds include an old schoolhouse. Open year round on Wednesday to Saturday afternoons, with longer hours during the Cherry Festival in June. Tours are available, and the museum hosts a free fall open house with a pumpkin patch each October.
