Winstead Park

An 11-acre park on the Boise Bench with a playground and swing set for ages 2-12, tennis courts, a walking path, sports fields and a reservable covered shelter. Most of the lawn is an hourly dog off-leash area in the early morning (and late afternoon in winter). Consult the park sign for current off-leash hours; dogs must be leashed outside them. Free.
