Burley, ID

The most decorated gymnastics gym in Cassia County. Beautiful 15,000 sq ft facility with 2 foam pits, tumble tracks, in-ground trampoline, bar and beam stations, 2 spring floors, 2 vaults, and a dance studio.

Classes & programs

Recreational Gymnastics
Elevate's recreational gymnastics classes in Burley are grouped by age and skill: Tater Tots (parent-assisted), PreK Gymnastics, Fun 1 and Fun 2, Intermediate and Advanced Gymnastics, and Boys Gymnastics. Classes work on vault, bars, beam and floor with USAG safety-certified coaches. Most athletes over age 5 start in Fun 1, and skills are evaluated during the first classes so placement can be adjusted. Families register through the online form on Elevate's website, and the gym then contacts them with class options and times.
When: Weekly (contact for times)
Ages 3–18
Tater Tots (Parent-Tot, Ages 1-2)
Tater Tots is Elevate's coed, parent-assisted class that introduces babies and toddlers to gymnastics, with a parent or guardian helping their child through each activity. Classes last 30 minutes. Families register through the online form on Elevate's website, and the gym then contacts them with class options and times.
When: Weekly (contact for times)
Ages 1–2
PreK Gymnastics (Ages 3-4)

Fun 1 Gymnastics (Beginning Girls)
Fun 1 is Elevate's entry-level gymnastics class, where most athletes over age 5 begin. It introduces all four Olympic events: on vault, running technique, jumping onto the springboard and landing safely on a stacked mat; on bars, upper-body strength and skills such as pullovers and back hip circles; on beam, walking, jumps and simple mounts and dismounts; and on floor, music, dance and basic tumbling such as rolls, cartwheels and handstands. Classes last 55 minutes.
When: Weekly (contact for times)
Ages 5–10
Fun 2 Gymnastics (Continuing Girls)
Fun 2 is for gymnasts who have a foundation from Fun 1 and are ready to start perfecting their beginning skills. Athletes at this level already know the basic skills and work on technique, strength and confidence across vault, bars, beam and floor. It runs in two age groups: Fun 2 Jr for ages 5 to 7 and Fun 2 Sr for ages 8 and up. Classes last 55 minutes, and coaches move athletes up after evaluating their skills.
When: Weekly (contact for times)
Ages 5–12
Intermediate / Advanced Gymnastics
Two recreational levels for gymnasts who have advanced through earlier classes. Intermediate Gymnastics requires a pullover on bars and a bridge kickover. Advanced Gymnastics requires a pullover and cast back hip circle on bars and a back handspring on floor. Both work across vault, bars, beam and floor with USAG safety-certified coaches, in 55-minute classes. Families register through the online form on Elevate's website, and the gym then contacts them with class options and times.
When: Weekly (contact for times)
Ages 7–18
Hot Shots / Pre-Team
Hot Shots and Pre-Team are Elevate's classes for girls who want to compete in gymnastics. They are more rigorous than beginning classes and expect more strength and flexibility; a strong bridge and wall handstand are recommended and good listening skills are required. The gym encourages Pre-Team gymnasts to come twice a week to prepare for the competition team. Families register through the online form on Elevate's website, and the gym then contacts them with class options and times.
When: Weekly (contact for times)
Ages 6–14

Level 2 is for boys who have taken gymnastics before and have a pullover, a strong handstand and a bridge; coaches let families know when a child is ready to move up. Beginning classes are split into Jr (ages 5 to 7) and Sr (ages 8 and up).
