Banbury Hot Springs

Family geothermal artesian swimming pool on the Snake River along the Thousand Springs Scenic Byway between Buhl and Hagerman. The large (~120' x 60') outdoor mineral pool is a drop-in family swim destination with a diving board, a slide into the water, a floating log, and a basketball hoop; the water bubbles up at 138°F and is cooled to a comfortable 89–102°F. Day-use picnic area and a tree-shaded grassy park, plus solo/tandem kayak and stand-up-paddleboard rentals for the adjacent river route. RV hook-ups, tent camping, and cabins are also on site. Spring-season hours are by reservation (Mon–Sat, closed Sundays); open daily in peak summer.
