Lake Walcott State Park

30-acre Idaho State Park near Minidoka Dam, 11 miles northeast of Rupert along the Snake River. Excellent 18-hole disc golf course (regionally renowned, hosts summer tournaments). Picnic areas, walking trails, waterfront cabins for rent, boat ramp, fishing. Shaded cottonwood groves and vibrant birdlife — also borders Minidoka National Wildlife Refuge. Day-use $5/day or Idaho Parks Passport sticker ($10) from DMV.
