Family-oriented day ski area on Mount Harrison in the Sawtooth National Forest, reached via Howell Canyon Road off Idaho 77 at the Declo/Albion exit. 24 groomed runs plus gladed tree skiing and terrain parks, with a day lodge, cafeteria, and alpine/snowboard rental shop. Its PSIA/AASI member ski school teaches toddlers through adults, and kids 6 and under ski free with a paying parent.

Ninety-minute group ski or snowboard lesson at Pomerelle's PSIA/AASI member ski school. Classes are capped at ten or fewer students and grouped by age and ability. Students must be 7 or older for group lessons; younger children take a private lesson instead.
Homeschool Ski & Snowboard Program
Discounted daytime ski and snowboard program aimed at homeschool families, with lessons at 11:00am and heavily reduced rental rates. Families may sign up for more than one program session.
Private Ski & Snowboard Lessons (all ages, required for age 6 and under)
One-hour one-on-one ski or snowboard instruction for any age and ability. This is the required format for children 6 and under, who cannot join group lessons — the ski school specifically advertises teaching toddlers.
