City of Rupert's youth recreation department, also known as Tri-Cities Recreation (serving Rupert, Heyburn, and Paul). Offers seasonal sports leagues for kids Pre-K through 7th grade: fall soccer/flag football/volleyball/cheer; winter basketball, ice skating lessons, cheer; spring soccer/bowling/volleyball/jump rope; summer baseball/softball. Operates Rupert Swimming Pool (separate kiddie and regulation pools, open June-August) with Red Cross swim lessons serving ~900 children each summer.
