Sun Valley Community School runs a slate of summer day camps that are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (not just enrolled students), centered on outdoor and experiential learning across its two Sun Valley campuses. 2026 offerings include Young Explorers (ages 2–5, nature/sensory/arts), Girls Adventure Camp (rising 1st–5th: swimming, biking, climbing, hiking), and Camp Cutthroat (rising 1st–5th: a themed traditional day camp with STEM, sports, arts and outdoor adventure). The campus also hosts Vellotti's Chess/LEGO/Minecraft camps (a visiting partner — captured separately as events 606–608).

Full-day traditional day camp for kids entering 1st–5th grade. Rotating daily themes combine arts and crafts, sporting competitions, STEM building challenges, and outdoor adventures, emphasizing collaboration and teamwork.
Girls Adventure Camp (Rising 1st–5th Grade)
Outdoor adventure day camp for girls entering 1st–5th grade. Campers spend their days swimming, biking, climbing, and hiking, with baking, arts, and crafts woven in to build confidence and friendships.
Young Explorers Summer Camp (Ages 2–5)
Half-day early-childhood nature day camp at Sun Valley Community School. Children hike and explore nature, garden, cook, and take part in dramatic play, sensory activities, music, and creative arts.
