Students learn balance, throwing techniques, and ground grappling, enhancing physical fitness, coordination and self-confidence. Includes opportunities for local tournaments and guest teachers from USA Elite Rosters.

CSI Youth Karate (Ages 6-13)
Fall-semester youth karate at the CSI Recreation Center in Twin Falls, taught by Courtney and Crissie Gard. Enrollment covers a four-month block that follows the CSI semester calendar. Families enrolling more than two children pay a reduced rate for each additional sibling.
