Family-owned martial arts dojo in downtown Nampa, established 2009, dedicated to changing lives through martial arts, education, and coaching. Extensive kids programming: Preschool Warriors (ages 3–4), Ninja Zone / Lil' Warriors developmental martial arts (ages 4–8), kids martial arts and self-defense (ages 9–13), and kids Muay Thai kickboxing (ages 7–9). First class is always free.

Lil' Warriors / Ninja Zone (Ages 4–8)
Developmental martial arts for children ages 4–8, including the Ninja Zone program — a martial-arts and movement blend that develops agility, discipline, and self-control while keeping it fun.
Preschool Warriors (Ages 3–4)
Introductory martial arts for active toddlers and preschoolers (ages 3–4), building focus, coordination, listening skills, and confidence through age-appropriate movement and games.
