Downtown Nampa combat-sports gym. Kids MMA program with two age tracks: Ages 5-9 (movement-based, coordination, balance, introductory grappling/striking) and Ages 10-14 (higher-level striking, grappling, conditioning, practical self-defense). Traditional Karate for ages 8+ led by Sensei Andy emphasizes authentic karate, respect, and practical self-defense. Curriculum combines wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai — practical techniques over choreographed routines.
