Adaptive Flag Football β€” Junior Division (Grades K-6)

Inclusive flag football for grades K-6 bringing together participants with and without disabilities. No prior football experience required. Two skill levels: JV, which emphasises skill development and teamwork, and Varsity, which adds structure and competition. Flag football was the first sport Game Changers ever offered.

Adaptive Flag Football β€” Pro Division (Grades 7-12)

Inclusive flag football for grades 7-12, for participants with and without disabilities across a wide range of ability levels. JV and Varsity skill levels. No prior experience required.

Adaptive Golf (Grades 6-12)

Inclusive junior golf for grades 6-12, delivered in partnership with First Tee – Idaho. Structured stations cover putting, chipping and full swing alongside First Tee's nine core values including respect, honesty, integrity and confidence.

Adaptive Gymnastics (Grades K-7)

Inclusive gymnastics for kindergarten through 7th grade, now in its sixth year and serving 33 children. The season culminates in a championship meet.

Adaptive Soccer β€” Junior Division (Grades K-6)

Inclusive soccer for grades K-6 serving participants with and without a disability. Three participation levels let athletes of very different ability play the same programme, from a Rookie tier with one-to-one assistance and modified games up to a scored Varsity tier with playoffs. No prior soccer experience required.

Boise Club Fencing β€” Adaptive (Grades 4-10)

Inclusive foil fencing for grades 4-10, run by Game Changers at the Boise Fencing Club and led by programme director Andy Gearhart, who fenced competitively at Penn State. Fifteen places per session.

Little Game Changers (Ages 3-5)

Adaptive sports-sampler sessions for children ages 3-5 with disabilities. Participants rotate through a variety of age-appropriate sports drills in a supportive environment, each child supported one-to-one by a volunteer. Delivered in partnership with D1 Training.
