Boise 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing adaptive sports and recreation for children and adults with physical disabilities. Programs include the Gem State Falcons wheelchair basketball (adult plus a junior prep team for ages 6-15), and adaptive tennis, hockey, skiing, and rugby. Wheelchairs and specialized equipment are provided; teaches independent-living skills, teamwork, and confidence.

Gem State Falcons Junior Prep (Wheelchair Basketball, Ages 6-15)

Junior prep wheelchair basketball team for kids ages 6-15, run by Idaho Adaptive Sports. Wheelchairs are provided and no experience is needed — a low-barrier way to try the sport. Practices at the Fort Boise Community Center gym.
