Growing Gorillas BJJ — Ages 3-4
Introductory Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and movement class for ages 3-4. Focus on listening skills, coordination, body awareness, and basic grappling games in a structured 30-minute session.
Growing Gorillas BJJ — Ages 5-6
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class for ages 5-6. Builds on basic positions (mount, guard, side control) through games and partner drills. 30-minute weekly session.
Growing Gorillas BJJ — Ages 7-9
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class for ages 7-9. Adds technique drilling, positional sparring, and self-defense fundamentals. Belt progression begins at this tier.
