Musical Kids: Music Class (Ages 4-6)

Music class for four- to six-year-olds covering beat, rhythm, tempo, dynamics and pitch. Children read rhythm notation from flashcards, do ear-training and listening work, meet the instrument families and composers, and play percussion including maracas, tambourines, sand blocks, xylophones and drums.

30-minute session once per week, September through May, at partner preschools and childcare centres across Boise and Garden City. Day and time vary by host site.
