About This Event
Boise's annual Independence Day parade in downtown Boise. The 2026 parade marked the 250th anniversary of American independence ('America250'). Parade travels on Jefferson and Bannock streets in front of the State Capitol. Kicks off with the Zamzow's Patriotic Parade at 9:00 AM, followed by the main parade at 10:00 AM. Preceded by the Veteran Entrepreneurial Alliance Community Breakfast at Cecil D. Andrus Park (7:00-10:00 AM). Family entries, marching bands, floats; judged entries compete for prize money ($3,000 / $2,000 / $1,000) donated to Idaho nonprofits.
