About This Event
The City of Nampa's free downtown holiday kickoff, held on Shop Small Saturday (the Saturday after Thanksgiving) at 12th Ave & 1st Street. Entertainment leads up to the lighting of a 60-foot spruce, followed by free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Nampa Train Depot. The day also includes free s'mores and vendor booths, Mrs. Claus story time at the library, complimentary horse-drawn carriage rides (special-needs riders first, then open to the public), live entertainment, and the Nampa Farmers Market 'Winter Wonderland Market.'
