About This Event
A 5-day youth fly-fishing camp (ages 10-13) run by the Ted Trueblood Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Day One activities take place at the MK Nature Center in Boise; the remaining four days are an overnight camp at a campground near Silver Creek (north of Crouch, Garden Valley). Campers learn fly fishing, casting, knot tying, aquatic ecology, and conservation. Meals, tent shelters, and all fly-fishing equipment are provided. Camper selection is by random lottery.
