Pumpkin Patches Near Twin Falls: What's Confirmed

Fall opens in the Magic Valley over the next two weeks, and most of the local pumpkin patches near Twin Falls have not posted a 2026 date anywhere you can find it. This is a rundown of the six patches and mazes in the valley, split by one thing: whether the place has actually said it's opening this year, or whether everyone is just assuming it will. Sources and the dates we checked them are at the bottom.

The short version

• Tubbs Berry Farm, Twin Falls — opens Friday, September 18. Confirmed on the farm's own site and by local radio. Runs through October 31.
• Homeschool Day at Tubbs is Friday, September 25, 10 a.m.–2 p.m., $9 a person. Open to anyone, not only homeschoolers.
• Burley Straw Maze — open most falls, 2026 dates not posted. The pumpkin patch itself is free to walk into; you pay only if you want the maze and rides.
• Crismor's in Buhl and Landers in Paul — both free to enter, neither has announced 2026. Free is the draw. Check before you drive.
• Twin Falls Corn Maze and Magic Valley Corn Maze in Hansen — status unclear. Neither has a working, current website. Details below.
• Cheapest real plan right now: Landers or Crismor's for the pumpkins, Tubbs when you want the rides.

Pumpkin patches near Twin Falls we could confirm

Tubbs Berry Farm Pumpkin Patch & Straw Maze

When: September 18 through October 31. Monday–Thursday 3–9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m.–9 p.m. Closing at 6 p.m. on October 31. Where: 1250 S Park Ave W, Twin Falls Cost: Ages 4–59 $15 Friday and Saturday, $12 Monday–Thursday and Friday before 2 p.m. Seniors 60+ with ID $5. Ages 3 and under free. Season pass $35 a person. Pumpkins are sold separately, by the pound. Ages: Everything is open to little kids, but the farm says the maze is very large and that children under 10 should have an adult with them. The corn pit and the playground are where the under-5 crowd actually spends its time.

This is the only patch in the valley with its 2026 dates published in plain text, and a Twin Falls radio group confirmed the same opening date in the first week of September. Admission covers the straw maze and the whole playground area: bounce pads, slides, hayride, petting zoo, cannons. Everyone 4 and up needs admission to get into that area. The pumpkin field is separate and has no entry fee.

Two things to plan around. Monday through Thursday the farm is booked with school field trips from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is closed to the public until 3 p.m., so a weekday morning trip is not an option. And there are outhouses but no running water on site.

Dated extras the farm has posted for this season:

• Opening weekend, September 18–19 — season pass holders bring a friend for $5, one friend per pass.
• Family Night, Monday, September 22 — $50 for a family group of up to 10.
• Homeschool Day, Friday, September 25, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. — $9 a person, with a farm tour at 11 and a beekeeping talk at 1. Reservations aren't needed, and the farm says it's open to the public whether or not you homeschool. It's the cheapest way into the full playground all season.

Open most years, 2026 dates not posted

Everything in this section is a real place that has run a fall season for years. None of them had a 2026 date published anywhere we could open on September 6. Treat the details as how it usually works, not as a promise, and check before you load the car.

Burley Straw Maze & Pumpkin Patch

When: Not announced for 2026. The season normally runs from mid- or late September through October 31, closed Sundays. Where: 845 E 500 S, Burley — off exit 216, south toward the Albion grade Cost: The pumpkin patch is free. The farm states plainly that general admission is not required to pick pumpkins, and that the wagon hayride is included if you do buy admission. The maze, giant slide, zip line, jump pad, corn pit and barrel train are the paid part. Ages: The daytime side suits any age. The **haunted straw maze runs Saturdays only in October** and is a different experience, aimed at older kids and teens.

The free-patch rule is the useful thing here. If your kids mostly want to run around a field and pick something orange, you can do that in Burley without buying tickets. More than 20 varieties, from carving pumpkins to miniatures and gourds. The patch and the hayride close at dark.

Crismor's Pumpkin Patch, Buhl

When: Not announced for 2026. In 2025 the farm opened Saturday, September 20 and ran into October. Where: 1748 E 4100 N, Buhl, off the Thousand Springs Scenic Byway Cost: Free to enter. Pumpkins are priced by size and variety. Ages: Any. The five-acre U-pick field with wagons is the draw for small kids who want to carry their own pumpkin.

A working family farm with around 50 varieties across the U-pick field, plus a corn maze, a straw bale maze, climbing structures and a pumpkin cannon. The farm posts its opening date to Facebook rather than a website, and as of early September there was no 2026 post we could retrieve. Published hours have shifted year to year, so treat any hours you find online as approximate.

Landers Pumpkin Patch, Paul

When: Not announced for 2026. The window listed in farm directories is September 15 to November 2, seven days a week during daylight hours, closing at dark. Where: 106 N 600 W, Paul — about two miles straight north of town Cost: Free to enter. Pumpkins priced individually. Ages: Any, and this is the least overwhelming option on the list. No rides, no admission line.

More than 75 varieties of pumpkins and squash including pie pumpkins, either U-pick from the field or already harvested at the farm stand, plus a straw bale maze. Worth being straight about the sourcing: that September 15 date appears identically across several pumpkin-farm directories, but the underlying listing hasn't been updated in years, so it reflects the farm's habit rather than a 2026 announcement. For a Mini-Cassia family it's still the shortest drive to a real field.

Two corn mazes we can't confirm at all

Both are in our directory and people still talk about them, but the trail runs cold. Don't build a Saturday around either one without calling first.

Twin Falls Corn Maze

The corner of Poleline Road W and Grandview Drive N, north of St. Luke's, is a place a lot of Twin Falls families remember: 12 acres, three mazes in one, corn and apple cannons, a haunted maze on October weekends. The problem is that twinfallscornmaze.com still leads with a notice announcing the maze was cancelled for the 2019 season because the land was no longer available, and every price and date on the site predates that. Business listings show it under a different farm name with current hours, which suggests it came back somewhere, and there's talk of a Grandview Drive patch opening in late September. We couldn't verify any of that against a source the operator controls.

If you know it's running this year, that's better information than we have.

Magic Valley Corn Maze & Haunted Forest, Hansen

Corn maze, straw bale maze, U-pick pumpkin field, corn cannon, petting zoo and sunflower patch at 4334 E 3700 N in Hansen, with a haunted forest on Saturday nights after dark that isn't for young or sensitive kids. The magicvalleycornmaze.com domain didn't respond at all when we checked, and the most detailed listing we could find was last updated in 2016. The October 1–31 season and the evening-only hours that circulate online both come from that old listing. We're leaving the entry up because the farm may well be running, but nothing about it is current.

Before you go

• Call first this year. Two of six venues have a current website. That's unusually thin even for farm season, and it's the whole reason to make a phone call before a 40-minute drive to Paul or Hansen.
• Bring cash. Most of these are field operations with a card reader in a tent.
• Bathrooms are outhouses. Tubbs states outright that there's no running water on the farm. Assume the same at the smaller patches and pack wipes.
• Dress for the wrong weather. Mid-September in the valley can be 80 degrees at 2 p.m. and cold by 7. Hats, coats and gloves in the car cost nothing.
• Strollers and fields don't mix. Furrowed pumpkin fields are rough going. A wagon is better, and several patches lend them.
• Evenings after dark change the audience. Both corn mazes and the Burley maze turn haunted on October weekend nights. A patch that was fine for a 4-year-old at 4 p.m. is a different place at 8.
• No pets at Tubbs. It's a food production farm and the rule is absolute. Check before bringing a dog anywhere on this list.
• Say the pumpkin budget out loud in the car. Pumpkins here are sold by the pound or by size, which means the price stays invisible until checkout. If you're working on money skills with your kids, it's a cheap place to practice — there's a system for that in the quarter method.

Free options

Three of the six let you walk into the pumpkin field without paying admission:

• Landers, Paul — free to enter, pay only for pumpkins
• Crismor's, Buhl — free admission, pumpkins by size
• Burley Straw Maze — the patch and the wagon hayride don't require general admission; the rides and the maze do

If the goal is a field, a photo and a pumpkin, none of this has to cost more than the pumpkin.
