Hagerman Fossil Beds Junior Ranger Program
Offered by Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument →Free self-paced NPS Junior Ranger badge program. Pick up the Junior Ranger booklet at the Thousand Springs Visitor Center, complete the activities (which include paleontology-themed games, drawings, and observation tasks), and a ranger swears participants in as Junior Rangers with a free badge. The Junior Paleontologist booklet is also available as a companion national NPS program. Self-guided and drop-in; complete during one visit or across multiple trips. No registration required.

Visitor Center open daily May 21 - September 7, 9am-5pm. Off-season Wed-Sat 9am-4pm. Junior Ranger program available whenever the visitor center is open.
