Boise's zoo located in Julia Davis Park. Conservation-focused city zoo with native and exotic animal exhibits. Offers summer day camps for ages 4–12 spanning themes like Animal Avengers, herpetology, zoology, wildlife forensics, and creative writing (Wildlife Words in partnership with The Cabin). Camp registration runs through Boise Parks & Recreation (resident registration opens March 30; non-resident April 1). Sponsored by Stinker.

Early-morning guided stroller walk through a themed area of Zoo Boise before the zoo opens to the public, led by zoo staff. October takes in River’s Edge; November covers the Rainforest.
