Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Level 01 (Ages 4-6)

An introductory jiu-jitsu class for ages 4-6 covering guard, passing, takedowns and submissions. Instructors lean heavily on warmups and games to build listening skills and teamwork alongside technique. Four weekly session groups are offered, including late-morning slots that work for homeschool families.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Four session groups: Session A M/W/F 11:00am + Sat 9:30am (waitlist); Session B M/W/F 11:30am + Sat 9:30am; Session C M/T/W/Th 4:00-4:30pm; Session D M/T/W/Th 4:30-5:00pm. Days and times listed here are the union across all four groups — pick a session when registering.
