Builds on the Level 01 foundation with closer attention to technical detail and deeper exploration of fundamental jiu-jitsu concepts. The class emphasizes respect, self-discipline and personal goal-setting alongside skill progression.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Session A: M/W/F 12:00pm plus Sat 10:00am. Session B: M/T/W/Th 5:00pm. Days and times here are the union across both groups.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Level 01 (Ages 4-6)

An introductory jiu-jitsu class for ages 4-6 covering guard, passing, takedowns and submissions. Instructors lean heavily on warmups and games to build listening skills and teamwork alongside technique. Four weekly session groups are offered, including late-morning slots that work for homeschool families.
